The Arkansas Chapter of HIMSS is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing healthcare professionals with educational conferences, networking opportunities, and a forum for the interchange of ideas.
Specific Sponsorship Opportunities
Arkansas Chapter Website Sponsor
Have your company highlighted on our Arkansas Chapter website with a link to your website. Traffic to our site includes all Arkansas membership and those reviewing our activities, newsletters and programs. Sponsor’s logo (hyperlinked to sponsor’s website) and a short company biography will be featured on www.ArkansasHIMSS.org for one year.

Newsletter Sponsor
The Arkansas Chapter HIMSS newsletter is published quarterly and goes to all Arkansas HIMSS membership, affiliated partners/programs and to select higher level learning (colleges) and students across the entire State. The newsletter features relevant articles on healthcare information management issues, RHIO updates, advocacy issues, national programs and issues, and updates about what is going on with regard to healthcare information technology in Arkansas. Each newsletter is also archived on our website for future reference and distribution.
• Two placements available in each quarterly publication at $150 each (~8 slots)
• Publishing dates fall around the 20th of the first month of each quarter
Seminar Event Sponsor
Have your company prominently presented at our special events. Each year Arkansas HIMSS hosts two in person, half day seminars on the latest topics in healthcare. These events are well publicized, held in a professional conference facility with easy access from a major metropolitan area to maximize attendance. Sponsors participate in a number of ways from providing venues, catering, and door prizes to paying for speaker expenses and fees.
Event sponsorship will be noted in all event marketing efforts and the sponsor will be thanked at the event. Event marketing always includes announcements on the home page of www.ArkansasHIMSS.org and at least one announcement email or newsletter.
Additionally, if the value of the donated items or services exceeds $500, the sponsor will receive one complimentary admission to event and table space for sponsor’s signage and brochures.

Student Membership Sponsor
One of the goals for our Arkansas Chapter is to increase student membership. Students are the future employees and staff that will implement healthcare IT in Arkansas, and as such we feel they deserve special opportunities and access to our programs and resources. Please consider having your company sponsor as many student memberships as you would like so that we can expose your company and our message to them early in their career. For each membership sponsored our Chapter will work with the sponsor to identify a specific student interested in healthcare IT at an Arkansas college, present them with an annual membership, and make note of the sponsorship in our newsletter.
• Unlimited student sponsorships available at $30 each
